一、产品介绍

Atacicept在免疫系统中起着核心作用，尤其对CD19（+）和CD20（+）的B淋巴细胞和浆细胞具有极强的亲和力。当免疫系统被激活时，Atacicept能够迅速识别并结合B细胞激活因子（BAFF）及增殖诱导配体（APRIL），进而阻断其与TACI受体的结合。这一机制有效抑制了B细胞的过度活化，进而参与相关信号传导。预临床研究和实验结果表明，Atacicept在多种自身免疫疾病动物模型中显著抑制B细胞异常活化。例如，在系统性红斑狼疮模型中，Atacicept能减少自身抗体的产生，从而缓解肾脏及皮肤病变。在类风湿关节炎研究中，该成分能够调节免疫反应，缓解关节肿胀和疼痛，并改善关节功能。同时，在干燥综合征的研究中，Atacicept可以减轻唾液腺和泪腺的炎症，缓解口干、眼干等症状。因此，Atacicept在自身免疫疾病的研究及新型免疫调节药物的开发中占有重要地位。
